Exhibition @ South London Gallery, for Sound and Music 'Embedded' residency, 25-29th May 2016

For her Embedded residency at the South London Gallery in partnership with Sound and Music, audiovisual Australian-British artist Sally Golding presents two new installations which explore her interest in hallucination and perception.

Two new works involving projection, reflective surfaces, lighting, and sonic composition extend upon her repertoire of live expanded cinema performances, multimedia installations and sound recordings. During her residency Golding has also accessed the Grade II listed former Peckham Road Fire Station, recently gifted to the SLG, as means of exploring points of interaction and interference.

‘Embedded’ is a Sound and Music composer and creative artist development programme funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, find out more about Sally Golding’s residency here.
